TERMS OF SERVICE

General
★ English is not my first language and I'm self taught. Please be specific when commissioning me so I can give you the best result! Don't be afraid to send me as many references as you think necessary.
★ I have the right to decline your commission if the subject makes me uncomfortable.
★ I have the right to upload your commission to my social media or use it as an example. If you want your commission to remain private, please notify me beforehand!
★ Do not feed my art into artificial intelligence or NFTs.
★ You can repost your commission as long as you credit me! Either on desc, or uploading the watermark version!
★ My TAT is usually 3-4 weeks but I'm a college student, sometimes either burn out or deadlines can keep me from completing it in that time. You're welcome to ask about the status of your commission any time!
★ My art is for personal use only, that includes printing my work in form of stickers, posters, etc, for yourself or as a gift to friends. I don't offer commissions for commercial use.
★ Anonymous or private commission must be discussed beforehand. These will be posted under "for Anon" or not be posted at all, depending on the client's request. There's no extra fee for a private commission.
Payments & refunds
★ My main payment method is PayPal invoice in USD, but I can use Ko-Fi donations as well!
★ I can also take gift cards as payment, but ask me first. These are limited to Amazon and Best Buy (both can be bought online and on physical stores as far as I'm aware!). There are times I may decline them, with Amazon being the ones I'm willing to take most of the time.
★ Si eres mexicano, pregunta por mis precios en MXN!! Acepto solamente pagos por transferencia bancaria y deposito de Oxxo.
★ Payment is to be sent upfront. I will begin with your commission once it's been fully paid.
★ Payment plans are allowed!
★ If you want a refund when I have already started your commission, please note that it won't be a full refund. The amount that is refunded will depend on how much I have progressed with the commission.
CAN DRAW:
★ Any species, humans included.
★ Feral, although I don't draw them often!
★ Fanart.
★ Oc x Canon and Self Inserts.
★ Any kind of bodytype, including hyper! VERY exaggerated may cost extra, ask if unsure.
★ Gore.
★ NSFW, Kinks, Fetishes
★ Micro/Macro, Vore of ANY kind, Fatfurs, Inflation, anything!
WILL NOT DRAW:
★ Underage characters in NSFW situations.
★ Very complex Mecha / Robots / Armors.
★ Very detailed objects.
★ Complex backgrounds.
★ Hateful art towards someone/a certain group.
If something is not listed, just ask! I'm okay with drawing almost anything!
